Alexa is an illustrator and comic book author who have found an early relief in drawing, to express anxieties she had trouble translating in words. Storytelling and self-publishing come from a desire to express emotions and a need for connection to others. She finds comfort in pictures and develops wonder through whimsical and heartwarming images. Coming from a visual communication background, specialized in publication, she moved to Montreal in 2015. Since, she works for various projects for youth and editorial domains and she creates, printed matter objects and hand crafted creations in limited edition. You will find her in comic books, publication and handcraft dedicated fairs. She is the kind of person who loves spending time hiking, walking at night and always hunting for treasures.
